Decent Mexican food. I read reviews prior to visiting Los Cerros. Others complained about dry chicken. I ordered fajita trio with a margarita. Chicken, meat, and shrimp were good. No complaints. Only complaint is Los Cerros only offers one type of margarita. Margarita original tasted like straight up sweet and sour. Couldn’t taste tequila. Great Mexican restaurant. I was out in El Sobrante this past February one night and after a long day, I was hungry. I am not usually in El Sobrante, and this restaurant was kind of out of the way and not in an optimal location as far as advertising goes. Great food, atmosphere and service. I would go back. I recommend it.

Anything that includes shredded chicken is, imho, dry and lacking in flavor. The chili & enchilada combo featured canned beans with a nice Mexican rice (no peppers, or so small it's lacking.) Staff were humble, though authoritarian ('Don't you want...') Atmospheric, may be a different experience; mine was to go. Not honestly worth the dollars I paid, for take out, imho.

Parking: Ludicrous angle. Look and see.
