Adam's International Market

Trying out their hot foods first time. I ordered the lamb wrapped. Meat were tasty. Price range is average and reasonable. Friend got the chicken rice plate. Place has variety of international foods and ingredients. Pita breads also available here.
Be nice if the place have a table to sit for their hot foods. We end up have to take the hot foods home.

best shawarma in town

If you have never had shawarma before (like me) and you think you have a pretty good idea of what your life experience has been like so far, then you are WRONG.

I purchased my shawarma with expectations that I perceived as high. I was WRONG.
I wasn’t even as hungry as I could have been!
I had a light snack beforehand!
Shawarma. It will change your life.
And I have nothing to compare this to, so if there’s BETTER shawarma out there than at Adam’s International Market— please point me in that direction!!!!

Love love love Adam's! Everything you need for Mediterranean cooking, EXCELLENT halal/kosher meat department and easy eating from the delicious fresh falafel to shawermas. Their very kind staff always welcomes with a smile and conversation to their local clientele. So much yumminess in 1 convenient stop!!!! Must must try them to see for yourself. Support your local market!!!!!!

A great store with a good variety of grocery items from all over the Middle East, Very clean, well organized, fresh items added frequently. The owner is a very nice and welcoming gentleman. I haven't had a chance to try their cooked food, but I can tell it's clean and freshly made daily. Some items were slightly priced over other Halal stores in Sacramento/Elk Grove area, but overall it's a good store.

Food is pretty good but portions are very small for the price. Service js ok.

Heathy and tasty but, on Saturday March 3, 2025, I found a bone in my chicken shawarma wrap.

I love this place. I usually get Halal fried chicken, hummus bilamah, any of their wraps and their nut mixes are a revelation and amazing snack. Super local spot and always great service

The store is well-organized and offers good prices, making it a pleasure to shop there.

One of the standout features is their shawarma, which I consider to be the best in Sacramento. Additionally, their butcher shop is very clean, tidy, and offers a diverse selection of meats.

Overall, Adam's International Market is a great spot for anyone looking for quality Arabian products and delicious food. Highly recommended!

Adam market food is Amazing but now prices are going up, I bought two shawarmas. The price was 8 dollar before, but now it's 14 dollars and without fried . It's good but expensive.

The falafels are delicious! There falafels wrap/sandwiches are gigantic and have vegan dressings already :)
