I had Bert's Benedict with hash browns. The Benedict was awesome with nice thick sliced grilled ham, but the hash browns tasted like old vegetable oil. The country potatoes would have been a better choice. Lots of food, nice and hot, and very filling. I enjoyed the glass block and the mini jukebox selection machines at every booth, like when I was a kid. The service was warm and friendly, and the coffee was very good. I recommend!

I asked for my eggs to be a very runny scramble. The waitress said “soft”. I told her no. I want runny, liquid scramble. My eggs turned out to be overcooked scrambled eggs in which I couldn’t eat. Disappointed that what I asked for was not taken into consideration. They’ll cook the eggs anyway they want no matter what. Therefore, although my breakfast was in front of me, I couldn’t eat it but I did pay for it.
