I booked a 4pm tasting room reservation on a Friday and I'm glad I did. Jeremy took care of me and checked back several times without hovering — that's harder than it sounds. I came for the sparkling wines and got to taste all four. When I looked at the menu, I thought I was going to purchase a bottle of the Sparkling Peach, because I love peaches!
