It has been about a year since we ate at Bert's. The restaurant needs someone to pay attention to the details. Service was slow and essential things were missing such as silverware, butter for pancakes and toast. Beverages were never refilled by the server but by another employee. Our table was sticky as well as all the condiments. There were many cobwebs outside hanging from the eaves. The bright note was that most of the employees were helpful and accommodating when asked...
The food was amazing! The restaurant is completely original and old, unfortunately it wasn’t very clean. I recommend they start cleaning more and keeping its shape up. But it was still a cool place.
