Ordered through drive thru. Thankfully I checked my bag before leaving because they didn't give me my fries. I was told to pull around front to wait for the fries. After a 10 minute wait, they brought out the fries with a bag full of sauces. I don't know what the variety of sauces were for but by the time I got home with my warm fries, my burgers were cold.

Great place, but service is garbage. Order drive through, then they make you wait almost 15mins in the parking lot. I don't understand, it just one person Order 2 burgers and tells to wait out front when clearly no one ordered.

Nice clean restaurant. The restroom is also clean, good job. This Carl's Jr. Is fast on their service, and the restaurant itself is pretty quiet. It is a nice place to stop by and dine in because it is clean. The atmosphere is also pretty chills.

So there's only 2 Carl's Jr that my boyfriend and I go to in Elk Grove, and this one has won my heart. This morning the gentleman at the register for the drive thru was absolutely wonderful! Seriously he was nice, helped answer my annoying questions and had a wonderful attitude the whole time. I hope management sees this and gives him a raise
