This Is the best Chinese food I have ever eaten! I don't like eating Chinese food from just anywhere its got to be made with care and They do that at Chef Bo. I even asked to substitute the chicken for shrimp in my veggies and they didn't even bat an eye they just simply said "Yes no problem!" Best service ever and they even put cardboard between my too takeout boxes so no food would leak in my bag. Love this place!Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible for wheelchairs!

Solid restaurant, been here a couple times and each time had good service and the food tasted great, no complaints. Beef chow fun was pretty good too, better than most.

The last time I came here the two female asian host were rude to me and were talking about me in their language. They purposely did not put all of my order in my bag. I will not be going back. Next time they will probably spit in my food.

I came here at 9:05 PM(they close at 9:30) there was a female employee with a short hair, she serve our table( she doesn't seem happy when she saw us). We don't even have 2 glasses of water like other tables. When she brought the food out, she throw it on the table instead of putting it down. I left and didn't tip, when she saw that I didn't press the tip button, she glance, pout and then she slam the cash register down the counter. The food here is pretty good, but the service is trash(especially her), I won't come back anymore. I don't know if this is a place to eat or to be crazy?

I always forget to write my review but I've been here countless of times. I've gone here after a long day of work and did not feel like cooking. I call for to-go pick up and the food is ready is 15 minutes. I've dined in and loved it too. I've been coming to chef Bo since I went to college ( I went to the Sacramento location) and was super happy when I learned they were in Elk Grove. Their customer service is always great and the ladies in the front are nice. Great portions and good tasting food. When dinning inside, there is plenty of seats. I haven't gone for happy hour but the prices are such a good deal. I've ordered the chicken mushroom entree and salt and pepper chicken wings for a catering order for my tea ceremony. It was devoured. What I've tried:Braised beef clay pot- so good for a cold winter night or just wanting some comfort food Orange chicken & general Tso chicken - crunchy goodness with bite sized piece of chicken and not too much breading Teryaki chicken entree- we love that when you order to go, they put the teriyaki sauce on the side. This entree order has lots of chicken and kids love it Beef chow fun - delicious noodles that are cooked perfectly. Seasoned well and not oily or too dry Salt and pepper chicken wing- crispy, juicy, and finger licking good Fried rice - not too salty and not bland Chicken mushroom - lots of chicken and sauce paired well with white rice

I decided to try a new place and was highly disappointed. I ordered 3 items and spent $40. First, the lunch shrimp& vegetables with chowmein. Those chowmein noodles are way too thick and are super dry. The BBQ pork fried rice was bland. The fried spareribs are even less memorable. They were soggy by the time I ate them (within 10m) and they were such little pieces it was sad. It's going to be a HARD pass for me.

I ordered takeout from here on Uber eats. We got the chow mein, fried rice and mu shu. The portions are big and the prices are decent. I enjoyed the rice and the chicken in the chow mein has good flavor.

Had lunch here on Saturday since we were in the area. This spot is super clean. Service here is friendly and quick. Like how this place offers happy hour during 3-5pm. We decided to go with their lunch special and it came with soup on the side. We ordered the sweet and sour pork and chicken with snow peas. The sweet and sour pork tasted ok. The chicken with snow peas tasted better. It was so flavorful. The portions here are big and are good for two people to share. Overall, good food and service. Will come back again.

We stopped in for lunch today while out running some errands. The space is bright and very clean. The booths are comfy and service was polite and efficient. We ordered the vegetable chicken and beef broccoli, both from the lunch special menu. The food arrived within minutes loaded with fresh veggies. It is safe to say after our lunch here today, no vampire will ever come within 100 feet of me! The beef broccoli had so much garlic that the taste was actually off putting at first. I almost sent it back but then realized there was just a copious amount of garlic in the dish. The gentleman behind me ordered the same item and I heard him say how spicy it was. While the server refilled our water, she did not inquire about our meal. The vegetable chicken did not have the garlic issue. I took our leftovers home, combining them in the same container in hopes to spread the garlic out a bit. Hope it works!
