Restaurant severely understaffed- managers stand around and do nothing- they should be jumping in turning tables and seating all the people waiting in entryway. Food always good but poor management will kill this place

Where do I start. I've been going to chevys for about 22 years now. I have NEVER had a bad experience at any of them. We absolutely love Chevys. We are sad that there not to many in existence anymore.

Great food and environment as always! Unfortunately, and I can't prove this, the knock on Chevys tends to be “great food, bad service.” ...especially the one in Roseville! But last night, our server was just simply unfriendly. On a side note, and as usual, they need a better system to deliver fajitas! We waited nearly 3 minutes to get tortillas for our fajitas. It happens nearly every time! When we needed more fajitas, I waited nearly ten minutes for our waitress to return to the table. It's crazy!

we were a party of 12 made reservations a day prior still waited 15 to 20 minutes to be seated. Nobody came to take our drink order for about another 15-20 minutes ordered our food with three toddlers everyone's food arrived one toddlers food didn't even come had to flag down the waitress. The food was cold. The experience was horrible. we were there a week prior and the service and food was great, but we were a party of two. Since the gratuity was included the service was poor. when I went to check out, I advised the manager on duty and she said oh you should've told me I would've done something about it. I did flag another server to go get my server and and she never responded
The food is always excellent!!!! The Service Horrible it was the worst we've ever experienced. The waitress was very slow bringing everything, plus appeared to have an attitude. We love Chevys and hope we will never have the same experience again or waitress.

Was disappointed it was a buffet brunch menu only. Was not worth $42/person. The food was spread out all over the restaurant and the waiter did not let us know anything, where food was, hat were choices, apparently pancakes could have been made, chips & salsa could have been offered. All he asked would we like something to drink and left.

The brunch buffet was delicious. They offered a large variety of Mexican food. I really enjoyed their menudo, the taco bar and how about the omelette bar. Excellent fresh Aguascalientes frescas and bottomless mimosas. Let's not forget about the exceptional service. I would highly recommend you make reservations because it's a full house. Highly recommend it.

We went there for Mother's Day Unlimited Brunch and it was awesome. We enjoyed ourselves. The food was great, the service was great. We will be back again.

Tonight was amazing! I was worried with it being Cinco de Mayo but the whole vibe was awesome! They had a dj outside which made the wait tolerable for most people and the taco bar inside was a great idea! Seeing all the servers dressed up was a nice touch! Even tho they were working they all seemed to be having a good time.
