We love to get the spinach salad to go. A large will last us a few days and it is wonderful. I do order spaghetti with a single meatball. The last time there was no meatball and the time before there 2 so I guess I'm equal? I'll have to check from now on since counting to 2 is an issue :) Honestly though I love Chicago Fire and enjoy eating in also!

Really enjoyed the deep-dish pizza. The Meatballs were really good too. Service was pretty good. I was surprised it wasn't busier on a Friday evening

Parking: Parking lot a little cramped

We had around two dozen people in our party. About a third ordered pasta and the rest got pizza. We were told the deep dish pizza required additional time, maybe 20 minutes longer. Ironically, the pizzas came out first and those who ordered pasta (and one meatball sub) waited an additional half hour or more for their meals. Unbelievably the meatball sandwich was one of the last meals to be delivered. Bread, meatballs, cheese, and marinara sauce. All items should be on hand and only needing to be assembled. The server was attentive and nice. She checked in frequently and kept our water glasses full. She also apologized for the delay. I realize she wasn't personally preparing the meals, but come on. Go into the kitchen and light a fire. By the time the pasta dishes arrived, those who ordered pizza were already finished.Adding to the bad experience were the meals themselves. Underseasoned, burnt and dry chicken, and inconsistent platings. Four people had the chicken parmesan with spaghetti and they all looked different (one had sauce so loose it looked like soup) and each came out 5 minutes apart. Like 5 minutes passed before the next meal arrived, then another 5 minutes for the next. Wouldn't it be more efficient to make the identical dishes all at the same time?We had also ordered appetizers. The field zucchini and fried artichoke hearts lacked flavor. The manager comped a few of the pasta dishes (about $60) and presented gift cards. We were visiting from out of town so not likely to ever use them even if we were in the area again.

Chicago Fire is a must-visit for pizza lovers, offering authentic Chicago-style deep-dish pies that are indulgent and satisfying. The restaurant's cozy atmosphere and friendly service make for a pleasant dining experience. While the wait times can be long during peak hours, the delicious pizzas are well worth it. Overall, a great spot to enjoy a taste of Chicago's iconic cuisine.

The food was excellent! We recommend the bruschetta, garlic bread, grilled pear salad, the house salad and deep dish cheese pizza. The tomatoes, lettuce and marinara were so fresh! However they made us wait 20 minutes even though almost the whole restaurant was empty. There is no wifi either.

Considering I got take out on 3/10 the service is always nice. But I was so disappointed when I got home to eat my salad. It had old black lettuce, and this is the second time this month they mess up my salad, last time I got the wrong salad. ? so that's super sad. Hopefully they inspect the lettuce next time, I mean we pay a lot for dinner, and to not get what you want, or get old products is not so good.

I haven't had deep dish pizza in a number of years. Coming from the Bay Area, I didn't know there was a spot that sells them in the Sacramento area. This place has a beautiful setting, low lights, game on, volume down so asking by daughter questions isn't a strain. The service was phenomenal. Quick, attentive but not overbearing. The thin crust pizza was pretty good. The Caesar salad was delicious. As for the deep dish? I think I've been spoiled by Zachary's, but it didn't quench my cravings for deep dish. I'm going to try them, again. Too many great things for me to judge then less than. I will come without trying to relive another place in another time. I need to judge them on what they do... Because they did everything else, great!
