I went in there with my best friend and her family for lunch and Melanie was our server. She immediately greeted us and asked us if we would like anything to drink and suggested a margarita from the bar. The restaurant was clean, but a little busy. Melanie was very nice and the food was sent out with no issues. The waitress made sure she checked on us several times to make sure we had everything. I was glad I got her as a server because in the past, I’ve just liked her vibe and energy so I try to get her each time

We had a great experience at this specific chilis location. Our food was amazing and our waitress Melanie was amazing . She got us everything we needed and was very sweet. We definitely will be going back!

My husband and I have been a loyal customer at this chilis location since are very first date. But tonight was are final straw.
We come in after a night out. I ask are server Melanie if they still had the wicked drink collaboration. Instead of being respectful of it and politely saying no and at least trying to accommodate and give me a suggestion from a substitute drink she had a snarky attitude and immediately just said no. I asked if there was any way she could maybe replicate it she again had a snarky tone and said straight up no. Okay fine I understand.
The next thing was after that we got are drinks my husband got the blue lagoon fizz and there was these black suds in his drink. Melanie tried to blame it on it being a seed from my strawberry lemonade but I took it out it was definitely not a seed and also we noticed it as soon as are drinks were placed down.
Now I could go on and on more about the way the kitchen was an absolute disgusting disaster and there was food all over the floor too, or the fact Melanie also smelled heavily of cigarettes and marijuana. But the cherry on top was when we got are bill. We had told Melanie at the beginning we had a coupon for free chips and salsa and to please apply it on your bill at end. And when we got a bill surprise surprise it was not added and are bill was 10$ higher than we expected.
And of course when we politely asked Melanie to change it she snagged up the receipt right up and said she’ll have the manager do it while actively walking off from us.
Again me and my husband have loyal customers of this specific chilis location since are very first date. But I don’t think will be back for a very long time or at all. Chilis please do better. 🙏🏻

It was my Moms birthday and I wanted to surprise her. Gabe the manager helped and made it extra special including all the workers there. Renée was our waitress and very amazing. The food was great, the people and just had a really good time and appreciate everything. Highly recommend this place

We had a party of three I went about 3 weeks ago but just now finally getting a chance to give this place a review let me start off by the server was not attentive she kept forgetting things didn't bring us water we had to ask wasn't enough condiments on the table we had to ask for napkins let alone was the food tasty I ordered the ribs with the sausage mac n cheese
THE RIBS WERE DRY and OLD
Sausage was cold I'm not completely sure what else was on the order I had for myself but everything was not up to par I hated that I paid $30 for a crappy job with dry rubs dried out by the Light they had it under to keep it warm
My two other guests were unhappy with their order as well
