The pizza is not the best but my kids love the games and the staff are friendly.

Worse place waste of money. Most of the playing machines are not working and even if they work when you pay money you’ll only get a second to play . Game will be over in a second just waste and waste of money here. No timing to play or enjoy the game it’s just over in seconds.

It's a chuck e cheese, so expectations are already pretty low. Most games were working fine but they recently changed their game prices/credit cost which reduced the ticket prizes. Salad bar is a joke, $12+ for a small selection. Personal pizza and breadsticks took 37 minutes to serve and there were only 8 people in the entire place.

Place was empty at 4 pm. I came in to use my second play pass I purchased in the bay area. Last time I purchased at another location I had to have them load it to my account. This time even my phone number didn't work. When I was looking for the receipt the employee was laughing at me. Told me to call the original store, look up the receipt, then have them load it to my number. You would think after spending $100 they wouldn't have these problems. Never again! I left with my kids screaming and crying because their passes never work for me.

Very pricey and nickle and dime you for every little thing. So obvious and unnecessary.

I came here for a kid's birthday party (4-6 year olds). This was by far the worst kids "fun" place I've visited in the past year. At least the kids had fun playing with themselves (and not due to the store).

The games were so, so, so, so bad.

Half of the games were broken. The most popular game was the coin-dropping machine, and there were adults hogging it for 30+ minutes at a time. 4 out of the 6 coin-dropping machines were BROKEN.

Most of the games were too short and only lasted 5-20 seconds for a single play. We had to constantly rescan our unlimited-play badge every 10 seconds.

It was very expensive: $34 for 60 minutes or $31 for 60 points.

The bathroom floor was sticky. The bathroom fan was very hard to use and not kid-friendly.

The $30 bounce house was the only good part of Chuck E Cheese, and it was a tiny bounce house that was only worth $10.
