Disappointing Experience at Chuck E. Cheese

Unfortunately, my visit was underwhelming and frustrating. Many of the arcade machines were out of order, yet the card system still deducted points—even when the games didn’t work at all. It felt like a waste of time and money.

Customer service was also lacking. The manager seemed more focused on promoting their monthly membership than addressing the broken equipment or ensuring guests had a good experience. With so many technical issues and poor support, it’s hard to justify coming back.

I don’t recommend this location. You’re better off spending your money somewhere with reliable machines and a staff that puts customer satisfaction first.

I am disappointed that had open tables to do a simple birthday party table just for four kids and they told they couldn’t do it for my nephew . We actually ended up paying 200 dollars more than the bday reservation. It was cruel that having open tables they couldn’t let a little boy have a birthday celebration table . I truly believe they didn’t want to do it to make more money . I paid almost 200 dollars the bday reservation was $99. It was so sad they would do this to a 5 year old just to make more money . They could have done it because they had enough open space . I am not coming back here . Good thing I didn’t buy the cold card . They will take your money and decline service .

Can't go wrong with their salad bar and even my big kids like to play the games. The prizes could be priced lower though. My niece played for hours and only got a couple of suckers and book marks. It's be nice to have different stickers and little toys that they want to play with, but just get because it's all they can afford with their tickets.

Today, I went at this branch with my kids I had a halal pizza they told me the pizza not allowed to bring inside. I didn’t know what is wrong

Most games are broken could not use.

This location has come up over the last year. They’ve totally revamped the building for the play and party areas. Went here for a birthday party and was shocked to see the huge flat screen and ground screen stage where the kids could play and dance over flashing lights. Pretty cool. Also the play area with jumping pads was a nice addition as well.
Staff was very friendly and even Chuck E. was kind!
