The staff displayed a noticeably poor attitude — unfriendly and snappy toward fellow Asians, yet overly pleasant and accommodating toward white customers. Additionally, they were unreasonably stingy with basic items like napkins, which added to the unpleasant experience.

Pho was great! Very generous portions!
Spring rolls were great as well!

Service was fast and staff were accommodating.

The meat tasted old and smell old I order wonton soup and a strawberry shake with boba but did not get boba the took it back added a glob of what look like melted gummies in the sun and the the drink tasted like pure sugar wasn’t not even drinkable I offered to pay for the soup but they did not want to take off the drink and refused customer server was horrible and the guy had an attitude who was serving me if I could give zero stars I would don’t waste your money on this stomach ached of a pho restaurant

This was my first time trying this place . Would I be back ? Absolutely! I’d love to come back and try some of the other menu items. The service is good , greeted upon entering . Food is good & and nice atmosphere . Location is decent as well. Would I recommend ? Yes if you like Asian cuisine or Vietnamese food in my opinion they are good .

Ok food. A little too sweet for my taste but doable

Employees, in my opinion, were lazy. I ordered quite a bit of food, and I intended to tip them well.

My server Khuyen (the guy) and Phuong (the girl) were standing, talking, joking around. Yet, when I asked them to box the food for me, they refused and I didn't like it. I tipped 15% anyway since I was taught to treat negative with kindness but I am not necessarily happy with my experience

Oxtail Pho perfect!

Delicious Vietnamese food with fusion options. I got the eggplant with tofu and garlic noodles, it was very filling, I ended up taking half of it home. Can't wait to try something new next time

Got the steak and egg special. Steak is tasty meatball is not. They give you unmarked bottles of condiments so you have no idea whats inside it for some reason. I poured what I THOUGHT was ketchup and apologized and asked for a replacement because im allergic to the sauce, but they said theyd charge me despite NOT HAVING LABELLED THEIR BOTTLES. To add insult to injury they gave me a tiny bowl of ketchup. Why the hell would they have 3 condiment bottles on each table AND NOT ONE OF THEM BE KETCHUP??? Why in the world would they give it to you in a bowl??? The staff/owners have no empathy at all.

This restaurant is unprofessional and charged me for food that I never received. They did not provide me with a refund and I never received any of my food. I will never give them another chance regardless of what the quality of their food is because they’re untrustworthy.

Been here twice with my wife and we enjoyed the pho and eggrolls each time. The broth was nice and rich.

Enjoyed the food atmosphere and the service. The number 18 is my favorite and they have beer ? and that’s a plus when eating PHO ?
