Ordered rice for three. It was not cooked. Went to the counter and told the manager. She gave us three more uncooked rice bowls. Mean while all the employees were grunting, and trying to make us feel bad for telling them. This was a very bad experience. No wonder we were the only customers.

Waited a very long time for our food.But knowing that there was one cook.One prepping person and one person doing both drives through an indoor I totally understand why. Food was good and portions were great. Play area still not open though

I am a routine customer of this Del Taco and have always had a great experience!

However, the chef/cook Saima Ahmad needs to do a better job when preparing food. I constantly have to go back to this Del Taco and ask for my food to be re-made because the chef/cook Saima Ahmad does not prepare the food properly!

Do Better For The City Of Elk Grove & Del Taco! Del Taco is my favorite fast food restaurant.

Never order delivery from them in the morning AM hours. this is the 3rd time they completely mess up the order and give random items you didn’t order. my dasher told me that was the only bag the worker (a guy) gave so they just make random items and put it in the bag. and they didnt even make my shake, it was just a dragonfruit soda. unacceptable and disappointing

I swear to God, this place is an absolute joke
15 minutes to get three cars through the drive-through
How the hell are you guys still in business?
Small businesses can’t even make it. They’re going out of business like crazy but yet you guys can Have the worst service and mediocre food and yet you’re still in business
Heard the lady tell somebody at the drive-through window that it’s under new ownership
I pray that you guys fix it with this new ownership of yours

We stood in line at the counter for 15 minutes the shift supervisor was cooking another lady at drive through they looked at us several times but would not help us they wouldn't take our order and me and my wife are both elderly I understand that a lot of young people don't like elderly people but we ended up leaving and they didn't even say anything to us they wouldn't help us!

Drive thru service was good experience. Employee was courteous and patient. No attitude when I asked questions about the menu.

The steak burrito with guacamole was delicious. The guacamole looked fresh(green and not brown). I was satisfied.

The owner personally welcomed me. Staff is so nice. Try their burgers. Surprising delicious. One of those and a cheddar chicken roller, i am good to go

Van was rude after asking for our name giving our receipt a name not even close. Crunchy taco shell was out of date, dining room was dirty, and they were out of an unknown number of drinks without apology. Rest of the food was standard.

Staff needs another refresher on customer service. You don't tell your customer when they're ordering, "is that it?" You sound so rude and disrespectful that way. You are TAUGHT in those videos that you are forced to watch to say, "What else can I get you?", or "would that complete the order?" Also, my order of deluxe fries was cold and soggy. The casheir at drive thru tried to lie and say they were fresh, that they just came out, yet all I felt was nothing but cold fries. Then, the cashier got annoyed when asked to redo them. They only had 3 customer before I came to the window, so this is just laziness and arrogance. I was told to wait 2 minutes for my new order up in the parking lot and waiting almost 10 min for them. You're better off going to Del Taco on Sheldon.
