Domino's Pizza

Not sure what happened. A few months ago ordering on the app it said it would take 45-55 min. It ended up taking 1:45min to complete the order. But at least the food was good. I just ordered today and while it did take longer than the app said it would, one pizza was burnt. The other was not cut and the crust was completely inconsistent and gummy. The wings were not sauced well and overall, a horrible experience.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a bread around 8, they never showed up. Called at 10 and got a refund, then woke up the next morning to the aforementioned pizzas thrown on my patio, one half eaten. I don’t even know what to say.

The two hand tossed pizzas we ordered online had no RED SAUCE on them. How can you make a pizza and not put sauce on it. When I called SEVERAL TIMES the phone just rings. The receipt clearly shows we wanted SAUCE. We had to go to the grocery store and get pizza sauce. We ordered olives and one of the pizzas and it came with only had 4 olives. Pathetic.

I recently ordered pizzas from this Domino’s location and, unfortunately, was quite disappointed with the experience. The crust was very hard, making it difficult to enjoy, and there was barely any cheese, which took away from the flavor. For the $40 I spent, I expected better quality. Additionally, I noticed that the staff preparing the food were not wearing gloves, which was concerning from a hygiene standpoint. I hope management takes note and addresses these issues, as I’ve generally had good experiences with Domino’s in the past.

Disgusting place. I opened my pizza to find several small cockroaches on the pizza. When I called to complain they promised to tell their store manager in a sort of mocking tone and would call me back which they never did. Disgusting.

I have ordered pizza a bunch of times at this location and they never fail me. Actually I am a new fan of Domino (I used to have pizza from other brand but I found that Domino offers more options and their pizza tastes way more delicious) I have never been in their other locations so I can’t compare but this one is very close to my house and they are very quick and make the food exactly what I wanted. Will be back!

I have spent a significant amount at the California Dominos, but sadly encountered an unpleasant experience w this Bond store so called manager! Extra charges on my card and unsatisfactory raw nasty wings are major concerns. Exercise caution while using cards & reconsider ordering wings! Each time my card gets charged extra $5-10 for tips w/o my acknowledge! Make sure u buy w cash or check your credit cards after few days when u buy from ANY DOMINOS! It is regrettable that our request for well-cooked wings was ignored many times! I threw up and had stomach issues due to that and this store manager is really RUDE, didn’t even care to apologize! He said that’s how our wings come n bags Frozen. He seems not Normal. His attitude is like if he works in a Whitehouse! Chill bro & give us a good customer service for our hard earned money! Don’t kill us with Salmonella!!!
