いただきます🍣美味しい😋 The interior is spacious and the environment is elegant and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, and most importantly, every bite is a delight to the taste buds. I will definitely come back.

I have eaten here on three separate occasions, and am convinced this Japanese restaurant is a level above the rest in Elk Grove. My sons are both fans of sushi and they agree that the quality and preparation is better than they've had at other places. I have enjoyed their beef Udon soup and their shrimp tempura and salmon teriyaki all on separate occasions. My only suggestion to improve the atmosphere is to never have the news on the television. We will definitely be back!

Nice service and atmosphere, but the sushi was not giving. It’s not bad, but it’s not good either. It lacked flavor. And I hate when I leave a restaurant feeling like I wasted my money. I felt that here.

Our server was very kind and attentive, however, the food was quite average. That’s not to get confused with bad or not good. Come here if you’re looking for something nice and simple .

Sushi is very good. We also had a stir fry chicken udon dish along with a bowl of Ramen. Those dishes ok and Ramen broth was a little lacking in depth of flavor and not much in toppings. Sushi nigiri was the star and would visit again for that but its not a Ramen house so keep that in mind when ordering.

Calm atmosphere with not too much people, great food and service as well! My wife and i found them looking for a place to eat and came across this place. The sushi was great! It made one of our top choices for sushi from here on out. I highly recommend this place! Thank you for a great night Ebisu Sushi!

Hands down best sushi spot in Elk Grove area with the original owner. She was so friendly, caring, loving to my family and I. However with the new owner now food isn’t as good now, recipes changed, quality of fish/sea food is different. Don’t get me wrong, my pictures of the food looks amazing though.

Stopped in for a late lunch driving up the five and was very surprised at the quality. The rice was a bit firm but it was 3pm on a Thursday so that’s not unexpected. Great service and very clean.

Visited Ebisu to celebrate a birthday. Called to say that we would be late for reservation and was told not to worry, they would accommodate us whenever we arrived. They also let us bring our own vegan dessert. The menu was creative and listed ingredients. Staff was knowledgeable about raw fish specialties and made suggestions if something wasn't available. The overall atmosphere was that of a restaurant that valued you as a customer and wanted you to have a memorable dining experience.
And we did.
