Super friendly staff and always try to please their customers.
I have been coming here for quite a while bypassing the store on stockton blvd because they have too many issues.
I have found this store still serves good hot entrees. However like to many fast food restaurants today, employees are more interested in seeing what their fellow emplyees are doing behind them. Normally always go here and service is ok.
-This time I went through the drive thru, the person taking my order seemed distracted. I would order. It would be silent for a min. Then say I’m sorry. And ask what I wanted. Multiple times.
-Gave me a lemonade with a BUG in it. You could see it through the lid. Thank god for clear lids. Gave it back to her. She didn’t seem concerned at all.
-Then they forget my 4th drink.
-Messed up my two side dishes.
