It’s a great place with great hamburgers. Your bag is filled with French fries. Believe me, you won’t finish them all. You can’t. Order one and share. Unless you’re super hungry. It’s never super busy and if it is you don’t have to wait that long.

Love love love this place. I live in Stockton and the one out there sucks! I come to Sacramento often and decided to stop at this location and I was not disappointed. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. My burger fries and shake was ON POINT! This might be my new go to when I’m in the area 😊

Sorry for the not too good review here. The reason why I ordered a burger via mobile app on this location is that according to the website, it offers a curbside pickup. And just call them once I arrive. I did call them and let them know that I am already outside and have them do the curbside pickup. The one who answered the phone told me that they don't offer curbside pickup. I explained to him my situation and that I am a person with physical challenges. He was not considerate enough to help me. So I have no choice but to get out of my car, and I am really struggling due to my limited mobility. Upon approaching the store, I was waiting to see if an attendant would open the door for me. Unfortunately, nobody helped me. One of the customers was kind enough to open the door. Cut the long story short. Once I'm inside to pick up my mobile order, the service attendant told me that I would have called and had them deliver my food in my car. He sounded like he was the one who answered the call when I called earlier. I just decided not to argue with him. I just left the store. Another customer helped me open the door again. I'm not sure if I'm going back to this location due to very poor customer service.
