Hidden Dumpling House

I'm not a huge fan of Chinese food but this was elevated. It was NOT drenched in oil. The meat was NOT mostly fat. Orange chicken had a lovely light fry on it, perfect balance of meat to crunch.

Delicious and reasonably priced. It is a bit hidden in a strip mall but well worth looking for it!

The taste is good. You must try their fried chowfan, especially request make spicy.
I order combo chicken fried rice, fried chowfan and fried rice. All are good.

We came here late for dinner. The place was still crowded. We decided to do takeout. We waited for about 20 minutes for our food and ordered their pork bao and stir fried string bean. Both dishes were too salty for our taste. This is especially true for the bao. I do understand when people eat out, you don't get healthy home cooking dishes with less salt. But still, it was a bit over the top. I can see the restaurant is quite popular as it was packed even when the time was close to 8pm. Service was speedy and professional. If we do come back in the future, we will definitely order dishes that are known not to be salty.

The food we ordered is made to share we got the chow fun added chicken, fried rice, and sesame chicken. Everything tasted fresh and comes out piping hot. The only negative is I could see it getting super packed as there is limited seating. They do have combo plates. Their dumplings are also fire.

The food and service was amazing! I’ve lived in the area my whole life, and after eating here it’s instantly become my favorite Chinese place ever. 100% recommend!

1st time the service was horrible but decided to give them another try since they were new to the location. So gave this place a 2nd try. Came in at 8:15 and they would not sit us. Note: we left with a take out order and the older lady before us was still waiting for her order since they messed up.

Small quaint place. The Food is cooked to order and not just sitting out, which is a big plus. The boa buns are big! The pork buns were a little salty but overall great. I enjoy their chow mein and will be back for that alone.
