My catfish fish and chips excelled except for Cole slaw need some help please get another recipe it was dry and had no taste and such a small serving look like served in a medicine cup

Best server I’ve ever had so far in 30 years of dining.
The food - I’ve been to the south and all over Louisiana and Florida. This is good stuff. Only thing I didn’t see was crawdads but it’s a breakfast/lunch location.

The waiter did not offer to refill my coffee. When I asked for a refill, he was surprised. Instead of clearing the dirty dishes, he placed the bill on top of a dirty dish. I asked him to move the dirty dishes, but he only moved the dish that he placed the bill upon. He attitude was polite, but he didn't understand the basics.
