I ordered a jack's party bundle with 2 more Jr chicken burgers and they forgot all my curly fries. How do you forget all 3 side orders? It was a late night meal for a couple of friends so i went to pick it up and forgot to check before i drove off and it was like 11:00pm so i didn't want to go back but once again how do you forget the whole side order?

2nd time coming to this location. I ordered thru mobile app and they always forget something to my order. If It was a drive thru order, I would understand that it happens. But messing up an online order just shows that the staff doesn’t care if you order is complete or not.

Updated review; The employees are still great, this is the best Jack in the Box.
Parking: Medium parking lot, always an open space unless the busiest of times.

Spend $30 just to get home and look at my food and realize it’s been reheated my curly fries are dark and soggy I have given this place a few times thinking maybe they were busy, but unfortunately, they have lost my business today. I will no longer be buying any food there to get food poisoning from all that old food sitting and reheated

I ordered about $70 (80 after fees) worth of food for my family and I and I’m missing about $20!! I try to call and I get “This call cannot be completed as dialed” there’s another number that rings once and drops! This is absolutely rediculous!!! I have very limited time throughout my days and now I’m going to have to go in and argue this! I’m not a person who makes reviews or complains, but as a business, at LEAST have a working phone!!!
