Horrible customer service! We had a large catering order over the phone. First phone call Rafa took order but did not give quote for price on the phone or after any options. After calling back a woman would not give quote or any information "since she did not talk to me first time". After looking at options online and calling back for clarification Rafa did not note how we ended the call, which was to stay at the orginal order unless I called back.
