Service is great. Food is average.

I arrived with a group of about 12 friends I kept having to update the host because more kept arriving. At the end there were approximately 30 friends. The host was very kind and even was able to sit us all in one section the wait staff was friendly and food came quickly. As always the Ice cream was delicious 💖

Took my family this past Sat and once we were sat at a table no one came to take our order. We waited 20 min before we decided to leave after watching everyone around us get service except us.

It was fun! I... There's nothing to say, other than that. Food was fine, service was fine.

All was good. Huge portions of ice cream. If you want food and ice cream, ask for a doggy bag for some of your food, because I guarantee will not have room for both.

Amazing ice cream, good, and atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend. Very large space for large parties as well.

Family-friendly and tasty ice cream.

The place is Really Nice for family get together, ice cream dishes beautifully put together, I ordered a Rootbeer float..Honestly it was the worst I've ever tasted..I'm guessing you make your own Rootbeer product? It was hot ..nasty flavor..an a waste of my money.. wait staff was great though.

We had a blast. The girls had received free ice cream certificates for honor from the Leatherbys family creamery so we decided to make an evening of it and get dinner as well. Total we spent $30 for two children’s entrées and one adult entrée which I think was very reasonable, and everybody was pleased the taste their food.

We did a party and on any of the Togo orders the server over charged for everything instead if suggested the better way of building a Racheal Sunday. Plus he put it on a party ticket instead of a Togo ticket just to boot his tips up. BIG nesto was the server name. Never should one person bill be over $90.00 at leatherbys and the manage was diffently nonchalant about the issue

It's a little pricy for ice cream, but it's worth it now and then. Excellent service too.

Lowering stars after recent visit. Ordered a chicken sandwich, glad I cut it half as the center was RAW. Disgusting. Took 20 mins to get a replacement turkey sandwich and ended up eating when everyone else was done. Too many unsupervised kids during this visit with them gathering around a computer and seemly doing non-related work stuff. It did not see anyone that stood out as a manager.

Came in the other night and had the best service, food and ice cream! The customer service here is amazing, our server went above and beyond for us. We will be back.
