Fogão Gaúcho Brazilian Steakhouse

Not a steakhouse. Worst Brazilian Steakhouse we've ever been to. Plastic cups, plastic silverware to dine in. Serve yourself and they weigh your plate. Horrible quality of meat and only a few to choose from. Overpriced, tasteless , they make you take the fat and gristle, and a major disappointment. Super embarrassed we invited friends to try with us. Yuck!

I went in with the attention of eating AYCE. The one odd thing that happened was how they weighted your plates. It doesn't look like they zero or deduct the plate weight. In that case, if you happen to eat more than 2 plates (assuming it's 1.25 lb each), then you're better off with the AYCE option.

All the sides and meats were all delicious except for the chicken thigh which were a bit too salty for me. Salsa side was definitively a highlight for sure. This place was a bit strange where if they couldn't cut the meat into small pieces they would give you the entire thing. It's weird b/c that's a lot of meat to try without knowing the flavor first haha.

Such a great choice for dinner! I travel for work and decided to give this place a try, and so glad we did. Their pay system is interesting but nothing to be intimidated by. The food was amazing, especially the ribeye and plantains.

Just had this for the first time, and could not recommend it enough!! The woman that helped us explained everything very thoroughly and gave us a walk through of our options with recommendations, that I am so glad she made. They do all you can eat or by the pound, we did by the pound cuz we don’t eat a lot at once and it was perfect for us. We both got the ribeye, cooked perfectly, definitely a quality slab of meat, and we were able to specify how it was cooked. We also both got the plantains, a delicious end to the meal, the cauliflower dish was delectable, almost like comfort food even though we haven’t had it before, and the cold sides were so delicious, the sweet chili pasta and crab salad were mouth watering and delicious. It has a great atmosphere, very friendly and welcome, like family owned. We will absolutely be coming back again and telling everyone we know! Both of us were grumpy before we ate, and after a plate full we are laughing and ready for bed.

Since the prior owner left(Ronan) the food does taste different and somewhat dry. I am going to give it one more try because my family really enjoyed this place. If not better taste, sadly will have to move on.

This place is truly a little gem! The food is fresh and there is a lot of variety. There were like about 6 different cuts of meat available all day, 7 different brazilian dishes to choose from, and a lot of veggie options. I loved the All-you-can-eat option. The staff is very friendly and the environment is welcoming and warm. I will come back to enjoy the succulent food that this restaurant prepares.

The food here is sooooooo good. I get the Picanha (Brazilian steak) and a couple slices of the spit roasted pineapple. This is my favorite eating spot

The food tasted good, but 2/3 of our meat was just fat. For the price, you shouldn't have to pay for a plate of fat.
