The manager (young female) closes the store earlier than advertised. I visited this McDonalds twice around 12:45 AM (they close at 1 AM) and found all the drive-thru menu's turned off, and despite there been about 3 employees there both times, I was completely ignored the first time and the second time the manager claimed that they close at 12:45 AM.
When I visited the closest McDonalds to this location, which was open, the worker said that the locations close at 1 AM and that orders could be placed up to then.
When I confronted the original store's manager about it, she lied and said they serve up to closing time. My friend thought I was joking when I explained my experience to her and then a few days later, she told me she experienced the same thing.
On the bright side, the frustration encouraged me to cook more.

Heads up if you're planning to do a mobile order. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived, I couldn’t input my parking number, so I went inside. Anthony at the front told me my order had been canceled. I was extremely upset because he claimed they cancel orders if they aren’t picked up within 30 minutes — yet it hadn’t even been 15 minutes since I placed mine.
I checked my bank account and saw I was charged, so I asked for a refund. He told me he couldn’t do anything about it, and I ended up leaving with no food that I had already paid for. Horrible customer service. I will never stop at this McDonald’s again.

Jesus bro all I got was a large fry & they made me pull up at the third window to wait/get it, waited 10 minutes at the third window then pulled over to the reserved drive thru parking, nothing for 5 minutes, I get out to walk in & ask about the fries- receipt in hand; and now they’re serving orders at the third window to other customers ??? I stood infront of the register for 4 minutes. (no other customers in or out) Anyways it took 18 minutes to get a large fry at 2pm on a Tuesday…

I did a big order in the drive thru so they park me. Was understandable. Got my food and sat this was it. I was missing all my sauce for my nugget, my 4 piece and one of my drink. I tried calling for two days and no answer or call back!

Forced to use kiosk. Sausage McMuffin with egg and hash browns came up immediately. Terrible heat lamp affected food If I can't deal with a person when I order my food I will not be going back to McDonald's
