I ordered my food I go to the drive-thru to pick it up pick up was easy but before I left the parking lot I'm like let me try the fries and guess what the fries were cold soggy and nasty 🍟😡👎. So I go back through the drive-thru line tell them like hey I just picked up my food and the fries are cold so they said go back to the window I go back to the window there's a car in front of me waited like 10 minutes get to the window the lady asked for my receipt they didn't give me a receipt because I was a mobile order I had to receive it on my phone but she had an attitude she took the old fries comes back gives me some of the new fries and the new fries I think she put some fresh ones on top of the old ones and gave me that because on top they were hot and crispy but when you got to the bottom they were cold and Soggy 🍟🤮🤔. What does that tell you that they did just as I explained they didn't give me completely new fries they gave me partially fresh and partially old guess what is going to happen I hope they close down they just need to close their doors we can live without McDonald's 🚫❌🍟.

Pretty crappy Mcdonald's. Order is always wrong. Got a latte, tasted like they poured a pound of sugar. Asked if they could remake it than tasted it and they just poured hot coffee in to the latte? Than get home, and my daughters food is all wrong. Tried calling to tell them, and was met with an extremely unhelpful automated service. Literally will drive further to avoid this mcdonald's.

1st time ordering from here, but food came out fast and fresh. The Drive Thru was a little hard to find seeing how it is attached to a gas station and car wash, but overall a great place and friendly staff. Highly recommend

Went here yesterday for a quick bite had the most fast and friendly service ever. Tatiana is a great employee she does her job very well and of course with a smile . I will definitely be coming back to this location. I was here on a Friday.
I was in the drive thru and someone forgot my fries. I told him that he forgot but then he yelled at me and told me to leave. Then he took out my mc chicken and bit it and then put it back in my bag and told me to leave or he will call the cops. I hate this place

I still can't believe they are making $20/hr here and can't manage to do their job right a majority of the time. This time, forgot a straw, so fine, turn around walk inside and get it myself. After driving a ways, found that the juice box was also missing a straw. It's like they are doing it on purpose.

I know playing with your employee is a fun past-time, but can you do that after you've given me my food? I was waiting there for 15 minutes for the rest of my order since they forgot to give me my fries after my initial trip through the drive-thru. Was forgetting orders an industry standard in this location or does it enhance the flavor? Or is it the staleness of the food make it taste better? Their ability to remember orders correctly is as fresh as their food. Whatever the case, always check your bags, and if possible, don't order from here.

I requested a senior coffee in the drive thru. The order taker told me they don't have senior coffee. What McD's doesn't have senior coffee. This will be my only and last visit.
