I did a mobile curbside order today, checked in..., waited 10 minutes. I then went inside, waited another 1-2 minutes....and finally was acknowledged by the young Girl in the front. I told her that I had been at curbside waiting on my order. She then proceeded to tell me "oh were busy." Then handed me my bag. She didn't apologize, nor was she trying to make things okay. I told her that this isn't okay. She then dismissed me...to her Manager Anthony.I am so overly DISAPPOINTED by this Young Girls attitude, and the only thing that Anthony the Manager did was offer me a free meal. How About Checking Your Associates Attitude...and Lack of Customer Service. She should NOT be making $20 a hour.

Absolutely AWFUL management, never have I experienced such a disrespectful atmosphere, Adrian in particular was so rude to his own employees I was Appalled at his egregious Behavior towards his employees. Never have I seen someone with such arrogance walk around as if he knows everything as much as this man. From experience I can say this man has no business managing ANYONE.

I just sitting there minding my own business when the supposed "owner" tells me I have to buy something or leave cause I'm loitering, making me feel very uncomfortable.

Cashier unable to help decipher best way to use app/ points, then also entered order incorrectly. Food beyond lackluster but that is more a reflection on the McDonald's brand than this location. Restaurant itself was neat and welcoming... liked the games at the table for my 7 year old.

For people who want to make 20 an hour making fast food learn how to make it first. Second make sure your food is hot not cold and stale. I payed 30 dollars dam near for some nasty cold food and soda that has no flavor I want a refund I don't understand how management works but there needs to be quality control. Especially tonight 2/14/24. Look at your reviews for being in a nice part of town I would think it would hold up a better standard for a nice location. I will be looking foward to hear back from management or owners. As I am a business owner myself and pride myself in my work.

This is the modern McDonald's that is totally remodeled and looks like a fine dining place inside instead of the old cheap plastic seats and tables with the kids play palace.Looks very nice, and the prices reflect their image, $8 for a fountain drink and fries. Wow!Too bad the fries were overcooked, I remember them being golden, crispy, and salty, but these were just half burned, probably the bottom of the pile crunchy fries. Denny's, unfortunately, has better and fresher fries.And what happened to the paper cups? They have moved to plastic cups, which, if anyone knows anything about recycling, just adds to the un-recycled plastic is suffocating the earth.It's been years since I've been to a McDonald's, ever since the value meals weren't a value, but inflated prices for fast food customers. So this is just a reminder to pick another place, maybe an actual restaurant, since I'm being charged restaurant prices.

I get breakfast here several times a week and I think today was the last time. I ordered a biscuit meal and today the biscuit was rock hard and stale, the hash brown was undercooked and the drink lid was not put on all the way. Ended up spilling all over me as I drove away. I had to throw the biscuit and hash brown away (like I do at least once a week). Tired of spending my hard earned money on food of declining quality and increasing prices almost every 2 weeks. It’s sad that you can get better food for less almost anywhere else. This location needs serious retraining for most if not all employees. Dropping the ball McDonald’s.

Spent $0 and got nothing. The drive through young lady has a bad attitude. She's here all the time and I have not said anything until now. Manager, if you want to call them that. Wants to deny a lunch order, literally 2 minutes before the lunch menu goes up? I mean I would have waited the 2 minutes, but their attitudes just suck, so I will take my money somewhere else. No wonder this place is below 4 stars and dropping. What a joke.

I originally applied here for a job and wasn't considered for various reasons but thats not my complaint. My complaint is that I come here regularly and order food, feels like the team has a vendetta or something because the last time I went my double cheeseburger was dripping with grease which is incredibly bad and unhealthy. It could have killed my partner with how negatively it was made as she struggles with diabetes management. But of all the mcdonalds we have been to, it was by far the worst quality. HR needs to come in and check it out.
