This is my favorite place to eat in Elk Grove. The service is excellent and the fooooooood is amazing! What Palermo lacks in physical atmosphere it makes up for in the friendliness of the staff and the love that's tasted in the food. Wish i could afford to eat here once a month! It is definately my FAV Special Occasion spot! Everything is delish and portions pleasantly giving.
Food was good. They seemed busy and we felted ignored. Took a long time for us to get the menu once we were seated. Took a long time again for the waiter to come and take our order. The food also took a long time to arrive. Our drinks were not refilled. It was our first time here, we still tipped 25%. May be our last time here.
This restaurant is super accommodating and authentic. I lived in Italy for a year and my spouse's mom is Sicilian. The bruschetta tasted just like their mom's and brought them back to their childhood. My gnocchi tasted like I was back at my favorite restaurant in Firenze. I am eternally grateful to this restaurant for providing an excellent experience and phenomenal meal.
