Our first time trying this place. Came with my little family, 4 of us. The restaurant was kinda dark and felt warm inside, like AC wasn't working properly or wasn't on. Normally, pho restaurants brings you water right away. They didn't bring it till after we ordered. We ordered 3 dishes: two noodle soups and one rice with meat dish. Received only 3 waters. Dunno why. First impression is everything and I wasn't going to ask for another water. I thought the pho broth was a little bland. I had to add a lot of sauces to mine. My husband and I also ordered extra meat on the side...but they said they added the extra meat already in our bowl. To us, it didn't look extra. We felt cheated. Thankfully, my child enjoyed her rice dish. The waiter came to refill our waters but only asked my husband. Didn't bother to ask me or even look at me. This was our first and definitely last time coming here.

This is our first visit to Pho Lotus and won't go again. It is dark inside and hot, only one waiter serving before we go, he is super busy. We order 5 dishes, and none of them meet our expectations. The bbq meats are too dry and overcooked, I can even cook the shrimp chow mein better than theirs.They offer 3% discount for cash payment.

Offers a lot of different Vietnamese food options, and my (Viet) parents are OK with it as a local option. But some of the food tasted a little not fresh.

Long wait, unpleasant view inside , foods are bad unhygienic, tasted yuck, bad customer service , needs more light inside , creepy feeling while eating foods due to lack of light inside. One of worst place I’ve been ever , never go there again ever !!!!

This restaurant is great. Saw a video where a guy came in to feed the homeless. The owner of the store gave him a discount. If I was local to Elk Grove I would definitely come here.

When Pho Lotus first came to Elk Grove, we visited this place all the time. It was crowded and the food was delicious. Went back to today, after being a few years and my husband and I were shocked at the food. It was for lack of a better word, "gross" the food was not prepared as it normally was and the veggies looked like they had been microwaved. I asked the server what had happened and she told me they had new cook. Sadly, we won't ever returns. Also, the floors were supper sticky and the decor was layered in dust. I should have saw the red flags before we ordered but I was hoping for the best.
