As soon as I walked in the door I smelled a terrible smell. It is my daughters bday and she wanted fro-yo. I should have made the extra 16 minutes drive to Menchies. This place is terrible and the girl at the counter was not friendly. Not to mention the bugs flying around. Terrible. And expensive for barely any yogurt in the cup.

I went in to the Elk Grove branch to redeem my birthday gift. When I was eating i found a nasty hair on my yogurt. When i brought it up to the attention of the guy who works there was so unapologetic and unbothered he did not even care at all, honestly, quite rude like he doesn't give a crap. It was honestly so disgusting and he just asked if I wanted a replacement to which I said yes. When I brought up the issue of sanitation he just nonchalantly said that it never happened to him anyway. Well i said it happened to me. The guy and the girl working that day had nasty unkept hair that looks like it would easily just fall on the toppings. He was literally just wearing a cap with his hair not even pulled down to the back and the other girl's hair was not neatly tied either. It was so nasty and such a huge turn off. The way the staff handled it was more than disappointing to say the least as it doesn't seem like they prioritize sanitation here. Please teach your employees how to keep their hair neat when working with food.
