I haven’t been to Pink Berry in a while, but they’ve really stepped up their game! I did a take-out order 30 minutes before they closed, and they were staffed well with nice people, service was quick and smooth. The place was really clean. They even gave me a ziplock bag of ice so my frozen yogurt doesn’t melt! It’s little stuff like that which can make a difference in businesses!

I tried to come in once a while back and it smelled so bad and nobody came out to help me so I walked out . Today was my second time trying it and the customer service was so bad . The blonde in the front serving had an attitude . Please stop serving melted food stuck together like garbage . Her excuse was “it’s hot in here “ well they definitely need to stop being cheap and turn on their air conditioner so what they serve isn’t melted . I am not coming back! If I ever go back to Pinkberry , it will be the one Folsom.

As soon as I walked in the door I smelled a terrible smell. It is my daughters bday and she wanted fro-yo. I should have made the extra 16 minutes drive to Menchies. This place is terrible and the girl at the counter was not friendly. Not to mention the bugs flying around. Terrible. And expensive for barely any yogurt in the cup.
