The drive thru is AI. At first I was thrown by the robotics like voice. I ordered and even asked questions about the Big Box deal and dipping sauce choices. The AI answered seamlessly. The AI asked me to verify my order on the digital board, everything was correct. But what was packed in the bag was not what I ordered and paid for. They forgot one of the sides. Ugh.

It wasn’t a particularly large order either, just two Big Box meals. Oh well… chalking it...

Got some chicken sandwiches and some regular chicken. We thought the chicken had no flavor today. Usually Popeyes has more flavor than KFC but today it was so bland. We don't eat either of these places all that often but the last time we ate here we had no complaints. The sandwiches were good thought.

This place is hit or miss and last couple of times I ordered my chicken was over cooked and just not really good. Only Popeyes close to me so only option. When it's good it's good but it's more miss than food
