Customer service is not it. A drink was called out but I did not fully hear what it was. I tried getting a workers attention my saying excuse me multiple times. Eventually they decided to look up, I politely asked what drink was just called out, he responded with a very rude “I don’t know”. Like thanks lol eventually someone else helped me. Regardless will not be returning.
Also, their drinks are way too hot. Upward of 200 degrees is my guess. This isn’t a big deal but definitely a safety concern.

Pros: every muffin I’ve had there is tasty and a good size. The coffee is good and the flavors are on point.
Cons: on two separate occasions, their card reader has resulted in me having to wait 10 minutes or so to pay for my drinks. This last time it took so long and we tried many times to use my card, that finally another guest paid cash for my drinks. I was upset to learn that my card had been charged not once, but twice. I called, no answer. I went there, no one could help me. I messaged via social media and they sent one response, but did not resolve or refund.
Bottom line, it doesn’t matter how much I enjoy their products, their faulty payment system and lack of professionalism has dissuaded me from frequenting this business.

Delicious consistency. That sums up Rescate coffee. We started coming here when it was Grace coffee and continued when the new owners took over. Always friendly employees, always delicious food items, and always a terrific 6-shot Iced Latte' (Me) and 6-shot White Mocha (My Wife).

I visited this coffee shop today for the first time and I was all ready for a good experience after reading reviews. There is adequate parking, it is conveniently located, the three young guys working there were acting unprofessionally, talking & laughing loudly to each other, the store was closing early because of "the game", there was almost no food to order for lunch but an old looking muffin, the music playing had offensive, inappropriate lyrics which I did not appreciate at all, but the coffee was good, and the WiFi worked.

The coffee is great and I love supporting small businesses. On two occasions, I had to spend 10 minutes or so paying due to their faulty payment systems. This last time it happened the gentleman in back of me finally just paid for my drinks in cash. I then found out for my bank that I was charged not once but twice meaning the drinks are paid for a total of three times. When I contacted Rescate to get a refund for the payments, they simply didn’t respond after our initial communication. Having a great product is one thing, but I can’t go back to this business unless I know that my payments are safe.

First off the cherry Mexican hot chocolate was 12/10, I've had plenty Mexican hot chocolate but this is by far the best and the addition of the cherry just takes it to another level. Great atmosphere. The interior decoration is very nice. Great service and seems very popular. Great selection on coffee drinks and specialties.
