We celebrated our friend’s birthday at Rumi’s Oasis Restaurant, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The ambiance was cozy and vibrant perfect for a joyful celebration. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was absolutely delicious authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everyone in our group loved their meal, and you could really taste the quality and care in every bite. I went in there to order a birthday cake, the lady in bakery was very nice & told me that I should call the number provided to me & order it by phone, so I ended up talking to another lady & ordered one for $120 which she told me was enough for 30 to 35 people. She asked me to send her the money through Zelle that she can proceed with my order, which I did & texted her a birthday note to be written on the cake. First, they prepared it 45 minutes late than promised time. Second the cake was too small which was not enough for even 20 people & third there was no birthday text on the cake, but only my little girls name that’s it. I found the lady very unprofessional & highly stupid, because when I confronted her with these issues, instead of accepting their mistakes & giving me logical answers, she just told me straight that I didn’t have to make order with them. It was the worst experience i had & I promise if U do business with her, U would be definitely disappointed.

I got baklava from them they had price on baklava in pound when I purchased,at home I saw the receipt they charged me by pieces I got like 2 pound they charged me $46.85 Its not fear.

I don't normally give good reviews for restaurants or shops, but Rumi's Oasis impressed me so much that I had to write a review. It is by far the best decorated, cleanest, and organized store I've ever stepped into in greater Sacramento. I drove almost an hour just to get the the pink qaimaq chai again. I don't like Qabuli palow with carrots or raisins, so I asked without raisins and carrots. They gave me exactly what I wanted. I'm very picky about rice. It was very delicious. I'm eating bits of it because I'm savoring the moment. If I lived in Elk Grove, this would be my to-go place. The ambiance is great. It's in a great location. It's in a great location too, by my favorite stores, Daiso and Trader Joes.

First time here and ordering food. The food was amazing. I finally got the dubai chocolate pistachio here and they charged $11.32 for it. It was as big as a m&m pack or smaller, based on eye measurement. I'm not sure how much it cost elsewhere, but it's not worth it for me here. The desserts were good. The service was direct, not much smiles or welcoming demeanor, they just helped when asked.
