I ordered a sandwich online and I will NEVER do that again. I opened up the wrapper and all the bread crumbled and fell apart. When I called the store I was told "sour dough bread can do that". For one I worked at a subway for 3 years, it has never done that. Second, if I ever encountered bread being unusable i would at least offer the customer another option. Not just have someone go home and open up this mess. I used to come here frequently and I will not be going back here again. Just complete disregard for customer service & providing a decent sandwich. Then on top of insult to injury the girl I spoke with just wanted to go back and forth with me, and offered me some cookies to not post this review. Get better employees!!

Very fresh veggies, the employees are very polite. It’s probably the best subway in elkgrove. I would come in here almost everyday for the spicy italian.

This just occured. Worst subway service. Service worker was terrible. waited in line patiently for 25 minutes as i was the last in line (which is understandable) but once it was my turn, he stopped me and said "he had to take an online order." The least he could have done was finish my order and then work on the online order afterwards considering i was the last in line. Absolutely terrible. i left with no food. Never will go to this subway again and just prepare to wait if you plan on going here.

Well I first went to nothing but bunt cakes and than I went and bought my favorite Ham and turkey foot long. It was not a long wait to get a perfect sandwich. Oh by the way after eating lunch than take your bunt cake and go to leatherbys and get a thick milk shake. But the perfect sandwich. Challenge go and check it out for yourself like paradise
