I ordered a sandwich online and I will NEVER do that again. I opened up the wrapper and all the bread crumbled and fell apart. When I called the store I was told "sour dough bread can do that". For one I worked at a subway for 3 years, it has never done that. Second, if I ever encountered bread being unusable i would at least offer the customer another option. This just occured. Worst subway service. Service worker was terrible. waited in line patiently for 25 minutes as i was the last in line (which is understandable) but once it was my turn, he stopped me and said "he had to take an online order." The least he could have done was finish my order and then work on the online order afterwards considering i was the last in line. Absolutely terrible. i left with no food.
