Scam Alert. I have experienced being overcharged on three occasions when using coupons, with the explanation that the computer applied the wrong coupon item. I believe this issue may be originating from the owner. Additionally, I have tried to contact Subway regarding this matter, but I have not received a response. Please be attentive to your charges when using coupons.

If you’re gonna have workers for a restaurant hire some that speak and understand English, or at least warn your clients that they should speak another language to come and get service from this place. They couldn’t understand my order so the lady told me to order online cause she didn’t know the type of sandwich I needed. I mean it’s basic communication skills that are needed to run a business the right way. I’m marking the Subways that have this problem because it’s starting to get to me. Who even is the owner of this franchise anymore????? Like what is going on internally? I don’t know and maybe nobody will ever know. Bye

Worst service ever. They give more priority to online order than the person who is here. Been waiting here from last 20 minutes and there is only 1 person working.

shady priced place. there are signs when you enter showing the 12" dippers for $3.00 each, when you get to the check-out they charge $4.00 each, the east indian employees argue the price , even though the $3.00 sign is right in front of them. they say the register rings them at $4.00. typical east indian subway operation

We will no longer order from this location. We did the BOGO deal 3 times and every single time, they did not read that we wanted both of our sandwiches triple toasted (otherwise, it makes the sandwich soggy). They also didn't put everything we asked for on the sandwich such as the cheese, mayo or mustard. It happened twice before and we didn't catch that they DID NOT toast the sandwiches until we got all the way home. At that point, it's a waste of time to go back. This last time, I opened the sandwiches and it hadn't even been toasted once. I asked the employee if they toasted it and they said yes. It was CLEARLY not toasted at all. I asked her to triple toast it while I waited. I asked to see it after she toasted it and it was barely toasted. I asked her 3 times to toast it again and she even rolled her eyes at me the last time and tried to act like she didn't. I was calm when I asked her each time and was polite (I know how it is to work retail). We asked for a manager and there wasn't any. If there was a manager on duty, I'm sure they could have taken care of it right then. I even texted with the owner and they said they would take care of it and wanted us to come back the next day but I said no and to do some training with her employees.RESPONDING TO THE OWNER:I was NOT abusive or rude to the employee that I interacted with. As I stated in my review, I was never rude or loud. I simply asked her to toast the sandwich THREE times as I requested in my online order. As you said in your text, you have the audio and video. My husband may have raised his voice but he never made any threats or used foul language. I put in my online request that I would like vinegar chips instead of regular and your employee put the vinegar chips in the bag so I know she can read. ON A SIDE NOTE: THERE HAVE BEEN NO OTHER SUBWAY OWNERS THAT HAVE REPORTED ANY SIMILAR EXPERIENCES BECAUSE THEY CAN ACTUALLY MAKE THE SANDWICHES AS WE REQUEST. If someone can't take it when they are called out for not doing a service that is requested, perhaps they should not be in the customer service industry. They are paid for doing a service and if that service is not up to par, they should not be paid as much as they are being paid and get called out for it. This isn't about feelings. It is about getting what someone requests for the money they pay for that service.

Never again.. These incompetent, overpaid $20 an hour workers apparently can't read or comprehend English. We ordered 1 basic sub & 1 wrap online. When we buy "take out", we never eat the food for at least 30 minutes.. That's why on the special instructions my wife adds " Please TRIPLE TOAST sandwich & wrap." (see receipt) We like extra crispy rolls that doesn't get soggy. Sounds pretty reasonable. You could teach an orangutan how to make a subway. When my wife went in to get our dinner, I insisted she opened both in front of the worker. My wife asked "didn't you read, the receipt says TRIPLE TOAST". The worker ball faced lied and insisted she properly completed our order. So wife had them retoast our dinner. I had parked by then and came in. I asked the worker to speak to her manager. She insisted there wasn't one on duty and to check in the gas station. I went in there and asked. The response was "there's no managers here tonight." I sarcastically replied, "so if there was a fire, would all the employees just stand there until a manager arrived??" I basically got a deer in the headlights look.. This was the second time in 2 weeks the employees were unable to successfully fulfill a basic order. Now that Subway was sold last year to Roark Capital, and employs a long line of high priced pro athletes, the service and food quality has gone way down hill.. Bottom line, we like the convenience of a subway down the street.. However, we can never spend a dime there..
