Seems like there is a problem about every third time we order. My last order online was a mess. First of all the app said I would get the best deal possible at checkout. Apparently I didn't hit the buy 2 get one free button. I got $6.99 off instead of over $9 I should have received. Got there and they ran out of pastrami so substituted a BMT. I had sent my Grandson in so he just accepted it even though the BMT is a couple of bucks less expensive. There were bell peppers on one sandwich that should not have been. Otherwise the sandwiches were fine. Tried one more time. Couldn't get the order to go through on my phone app or my laptop. Tried to call and they were not accepting calls. Never again.

My daughter went in to get the three of us a sandwich. She told the lady every single item that she wants in each sandwich. The sandwiches were made wrong. She put whatever she felt like in it and didn’t put any of the items in there that we wanted. Afterwards, my daughter discovered that she doesn’t even speak English. That is beyond me that you put somebody behind a counter that has to take orders and make the sandwiches and doesn’t even understand what you want in your sandwich. We all threw our sandwiches away and we will never ever eat there again. Also, I called no manager at all on duty just the two women that don’t speak English. I ordered a wrap. It didn’t look anything like a wrap. It was just the meat, the lettuce, tomato, and onions that’s it and it was folded in half like a taco. 🌮

Always fast and fresh! The attached convenience store has clean bathrooms with changing tables and is handycap accessable. They also have an air compressor to fill your tires and water to top off your coolent on thebhot summer days!

Typical gas station fast food/ sandwich place. Don't expect veggies to be fresh
The workers are trying but lack training and are understaffed. Yesterday a 5 minute order took over 20. Nobody told the guy that order ahead online means actually make the sandwiches in the order they came. He didn't realize it was me who's name was on the online order, as he made someone else's food right in front of me, who of course wanted 2 footlongs and had to keep checking his phone to answer what he wanted. The only reason I even ordered online is because it was the only way to use the discount coupon. I was there in person for at least 10 minutes before that. The kid was nice but that doesn't change my dinner plans being delayed. I even waited outside for 10 minutes after ordering online, being patient, only to found out he was completely ignoring it. This wouldn't have happened if there was another employee available. It's obviously a small location so if they can only hire 1 person per shift then train them. Why should someone who's not even ready get to get their food before me when I was prepared and ordered ahead?I tried submitting complaint to avoid this review but of course they make that difficult as well. One of several examples is hiding the required "restaurant number" from online search until you're digging like you're searching for some complex information on a rare subject. 20 more minutes wasted.Subway is not where people go for great food, it's convenience, and the complete opposite it what has happened.

Amount of meat put on sandwich could be improved. Not a lot of meat. Bread was fresh and soft. Lots of goodies to put on your sandwich.
No customers service skills I came in to order two women were making delivery orders or phone orders never acknowledged me or told me that they would be with me I waited for about 7 minutes never even looked at me so I just left someone teach them some manners!!!!
