The restaurant itself is simple and the service is always great. The portion sizes are amazing and the Pad Thai and drunken noodles are my go-to. However, a few times I've went, the noodles were mushy as if it had been sitting out and reheated. Other than that, it's a solid place to get some Thai food.

Hours on Yelp, Google AND their website say 11-9:30pm on Saturday. We got there right at 9pm but were told the dining area closes at 9. There's nothing on Yelp, google or their website that has this information. We drove out of our way to support their business! Horrible customer service

Ordered panang curry take out and this is the portion that I received. I have been going to this place for years and years and suddenly they are giving half portions for the same price. I understand running a small business is tough but this is kind of nuts.

Small restaurant in the opposite corner of a Dollar Tree in a strip mall off of busy Elk Grove Blvd, be sure to go all the way to the back right of the parking lot to find extra parking adjacent a closed medical building. It's obviously a popular spot. This place does a robust takeout business as they have dedicated the left entrance just for take away, DoorDash, and the like. Be sure to get there before 6:00pm if you don't want a fair wait, this place gets busy. Food: Good, But...Beware - The Green Papaya Salad is NOT THE SAME as Vietnamese style. It is VERY FISHY and not for the inexperienced. Don't even try to send it back, they have a notice posted at the door that ordering anything on the menu IS ON YOU. Also The booths are a tight fit for 4 adults. We ordered the Ginger Crispy Chicken, Pad See EW with shrimp, (they call it broccoli noodle), Pad Thai, Roasted Duck Panang Curry, and Thai fried rice. Service was quick, the dishes were okay, the Duck curry barely had any roasted duck and way too much pineapple AND DOES NOT COME WITH RICE, and the noodles in both the Pad See and Pad Thai were way overdone and mushy. You might like it that way but I want mine more toothy, perhaps I should have specified. The five star dish was the Ginger Crispy Chicken, it is a must order. All-in-all it was alright but would I crave going back?

Their pad Thai is very good and they have huge portions. Easily could share a portion with someone else. I have only ordered takeout so I don't know how the service is but the delivery was fast and the food was hot.

This used to be our family favorite Thai place for the past 19 years. Every Thai restaurant I visit in the states, I always compare the flavors to Thai Chili. However, since the pandemic, the quality of food, portions and services have declined significantly. We're all about supporting local businesses. These last few times that we've dined in and order takeout, I get more disappointed and upset. The most recent takeout in March 2024, the whole bag of food was not packaged properly and the sauces all leaked through the containers and ripped bag. Before anyways blames the driver, the containers were cracked and bags were ripped. I called the restaurant and spoke to an employee name Hieu. He asked if I wanted to come back for a replacement. But since it was storming, I told him we'll come back another time. He tooked down my name and number and assured me he will let the manager and owner know. Fast forward 3 weeks later, I called back to redeem my replacement order of 2 entrees (the other 5 entrees were fine). I was informed that Hieu no longer works there so they cannot honor the replacement entrees. Then I was placed on hold for 15 minutes only for the manager to tell me the same thing. Then the manager said she will call the owner and call me back. 45 minutes later, still no return call. I called back the restaurant only to be hung up on 3x. I had to use someone else's phone to call in which they now answered. As frustrating as I was, I was craving Thai food so reluctantly placed a new order. Given a few days to thinkng about what transpired, I decided to share my horrible experiences with others in hopes this will get the owners attention to improve how their restaurant is being ran. We want to support our local businesses but the overall quality in food, price and services makes it hard. Now I just wish either Thai Chili improves and/or we have a new Thai restaurant in Elk Grove.

Food: I LOVE THAI FOOD :D!! They gave out big portion and they were really generous!! For example, in the avocado yellow curry there was a lot avocado in it!! Ohh and LOTS OF MEAT!! Service: Good service! Always checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed! Also FAST SERVICE! Props to chef making yummy food fast! Ambiance: A small lively restaurant! And well kept! Will come again!

This is probably my number 1 Thai restaurant in the "Greater Sacramento Area." Only competitor that comes close in my opinion is "Coconut on T" downtown. But, with downtown Sacramento, also comes the issues with that environment. The Chicken Pad Thai is amazing. The Flavors really stick out, and I usually drown mine in extra Lemon juice, so good. They give so much food, It looked like I hadn't even made any work on it. Lots of leftovers for dinner. Chicken Satay is bomb(dot)com! They gave me 5 huge pieces! My 2 Boys down them asap. The Service is good, always attentive and helpful. Ambiance is nice, they have 90's music in the background, and it's a quiet small space. I will continue to come here when I have work trips going near Elk Grove.

I used to enjoy eating food there. Lately this place has slipped. I've found a better place in Sacramento. I'll take the drive and eat something worthwhile.

Here's what you need to know: Clean restaurant with very attentive staff. Not the best Thai food I've had in the area, but it's good. We love Thai food and it's one of the few types of food that we actually go out to eat, because it's never as good at home. Anyway, what I noticed was the green curry was a little bland, maybe too much coconut milk. Not enough to subtract any stars, but was my observation. The atmosphere was good too, not too loud or crowded for conversation, yet they did a steady business, with lots of people that seemed to be regulars.

The food is always good when I go here. I go here a couple times a month. My favorite is the pineapple fried rice with tofu and vegetable stir fry. The rice has a wonderful curry spice on it with cashews raisins and vegetables. The vegetables are fresh and crunchy. The servers are pleasant and responsive. They bring the food out quickly. The restaurant is casual. They also do a big takeout business.
