Habit Grill is a Great place !!! I Have alot of fun and special memories eating here with my Mom ,Family and friends. It's been 3 years since my Mother passed and I was traveling down memory lane and looked at the photos. I seen the video of my fiances son Eating his favorite Burger and fries!!! Thank you Google and Habit grill for updating the video. My mom was there that night when I took that video. And that Is Tristan who is now 16 years old and has specials needs . I shared it with him and he loves the video. He has Autism and is high functioning and is doing really well. We since have moved away. I promised him we would stop by and have lunch at the Elk Grove Habit Grill soon.......!!!! ❤️😊👍❤️

Haven't been here since pre Covid. Decided to try this instead of our usual stop at InnNOut. We ordered two double char burgers and were very satisfied. The fries were crisp and hot and the shake thick and creamy. Will work Habit into our routine.

My burger sat on a tray for over ten minutes, I eventually asked it was mine and was told it was and that they we’re waiting on my fries a chicken nuggets. I requested another burger since the first had been sitting for a while! The nuggets were over cooked! I don’t know what’s going on at this location there seems to be some disorganization and possibly being mismanaged! I will not go back there!

Do NOT use their app to place mobile orders - they will tell you they are out of items when you arrive and give you no recourse other than to leave empty handed. This has happened several times recently.
They won't give you your money back - you have to can call their corporate office and try to get them to give you a refund. We have not been successful here. Oh, and don't even try calling the store to talk to a manager... the phone number is a dead end... this is racketeering at its finest
I used to love this chain - all the way back to their original locations in Santa Barbara. It is sad to see how terrible their customer care has become. Shame.
The young lady was wearing beautiful blue glasses was very sweet and professional .I will go there again because she had the best customer service .

I ordered a salad and 3 hamburgers patties. Salad was old, soggy and nasty. 3 beef patties were super small, I guess inflation is kicking in. Won’t coming to any habit places.

The manager is very friendly and his co-workers are quick to serve. The only thing they need is someone who speaks Spanish for people who don't speak English. In my case, I had to help someone so that they could communicate with the cashier, but from there everything was excellent. They deserve the well-earned 5 stars!
