Well i tried. As a long time business owner the last time i went in 6 weeks ago. I meantioned to the newer owners that i could tell there was a new owner. I said vwry nicely that the fron of his windows inside and out were so dirty. Ot was bound to effect business. His sone was there also...but alas...somehow clean and food somehow habent registered...its sad....i tried to explain but they have no idea how much dirty windows are costimg him...i left...i explained i was hungry but cant eat there till the windows are clean...CLEAN is free it just takes effort.

Sandwiches aren't really my first choice when it comes to deciding what to eat. But I'm happy that I got to try this place. First off, the Dutch crunch bread is so good. This particular sandwich "The Crazy 88" had some great sauce! It really went well with the chicken. We ordered thru door dash, and I will say that I wish they labeled the sandwiches because we kinda had a hard time telling the difference among all the sandwiches we ordered. But I do want to try more of their menu.

Don't review much, but it's kind of irritating walking up to a place of business 30 some odd minutes before close and the door is locked. And the employee is hanging out in the back. With the new hours posted on the door, which I guess don't matter when you lock the door way before close. That's an easy way to lose business. Not open during business hours..

Loved Mr. Pickles and they changed it to the Sandwich Spot. My favorite sandwich was a chicken sandwich with avocado and bacon. Apparently they have new owners and things are not the same. Try the chicken salad sandwich which was boring. Just chicken onions and that's it. Was dry and the onions were sliced on the top, not mixed in with the salad. The new owners have signs all over the restaurant which I think is tacky. Customer service was meh. I love a good sandwich but I don't think I'll be back.

We went to this Laguna location only because our East Elk Grove location was closed. There was no one in the location other than ourselves. Even with that being the case, we waited forever. When we were served, I started to give my order, and the employee (Asian guy in his 20s with glasses) said (in clear frustration), "Look, just tell me what you don't want. That's faster." I did. Then when I asked for a soda (while standing at the soda cups behind the counter), he picked up a cup and I had my hand reaching for the cup, when he looked at me and walked it around to the end of the counter to my husband so I had to first, walk over there (it was not a long way, but more a thing of principal) and second, get it from my husband. Lastly, we requested a roll with nothing on it for our daughter. We have never been changed more than $2 for that in the past. But this time they wanted to charge us the cost of the kids sandwich. I don't know what was going on today. There were 3 employees there, but the service was terrible.

The sandwiches were decent, but the macaroni salad has absolutely no flavor whatsoever. It's literally just noodles, mayo and pepper. That's it. Do not recommend getting that but the staff was nice and again, sandwiches were okay.

I got the YodaLet's start with flavor, It was tasty. The bread is fresh and had a lot of flavor. The sauce was good and added another layer to everything. The veggies were all fresh. The negative things would be the bacon is so thin it's transparent, the poultry had 0 flavor , the pesto had 0 flavor , the bacon had 0 flavor. Over all it tasted like a veggie sub.

Food, customer service, ambiance okay. Not bad just not great. I may go back and try another sandwich. Lots of menu selections, quick service. I ordered the Marley Sandwich: Hot roast beef, special sauce and cream cheese on Dutch Crunch roll. Prices on Yelp are outdated, prices in restaurant are easily a dollar more.

Great service, really nice people, excellent food. My second time here and the staff all seem like they're family and treated me with the same respect! Fun music playing inside too!

Been coming to this location for 13 years!!!! Always amazing sandwiches, owner is very nice and service is always fast and friendly. I always order the #5 on sourdough with jack cheese. Always large portions and sandwiches I cant seem to find anywhere else

Someone got takeout from here for work so I'm not sure if I'm qualified to review. It tastes better than Subway that's for sure. I'm not sure what the price point is but I'd rather support a local business as it says it is family-owned and -operated. I can't really be impressed by a sandwich as it's just bread, meat, and veggies but it was good, decently sized, and they didn't skimp on the meat which is the most expensive part.

This place never failed to serve a great sandwich. Maybe 2 out of 20 my order was slightly off, and the sandwich was still wonderful.

I doordashed a sandwich and a side of macaroni salad. The sandwich (#4 Mr. Blonde) was fabulous. The right amount of cranberry, cream cheese, and special sauce. The macaroni salad, on the other hand, was not edible in my opinion. The salad tasted like someone poured a can of black pepper onto the macaroni, then mixed with mayo. I would highly recommend the sandwich, but not the macaroni salad unless you're a huge fan of pepper.
