Fries were really good, nicely seasoned. The hot dog on another hand, I felt was very bland even with all the toppings. Tasted like a normal home made hot dog. (Order: dirty dog, seasoned fries)

I've only been here once but after my experience, all I can say is wow! Hands down the best gourmet hotdog I've ever had! I don't think it could get any better. I had the Kyoto Fire. Next time I will take pictures but honestly the menu pictures look spot on to what you get. What ever that corn toasted bun is... it's also excellent. The seasoned fries were seasoned and crisped to perfection also. Very friendly staff that greet you and thank you upon leaving. I observed the guy that was making the food come check on tables several times to see if they needed anything else. Hope this place stays around cause it's definitely on my list of favorites now. We got takeout but ended up eating at the tables outside.

They have many different offerings for hotdogs, burgers, fries and more. Ordering was easy except everything sounded good! We tried the Nashville dog, the spicy dog, parmigian truffle and house fries, and ice teas. Ice Tea was very good and fresh. The hotdogs were very filling and the fries were spot on. We will be coming back to try all the different dogs and fry combos for sure.

I had a hot dog to go yesterday . It was toped with mustard , ketchup , relish and onions . Not my usual exotic Asian fusion flavor I would normally order but I have to say the hotdog was cooked perfectly . The first bite had the snap and juiciness I look for in a premium hotdog . My order came quickly and the service was polite . I enjoyed it greatly and look forward to trying one of the more complex recipes next time .

I ordered the Texas road house, Tokyo Signature, Kyoto fire and Garlic fires. I really like the garlic fires, it's full of garlic favor. if u like garlic fires this is a must try. My wife tried the Texas road house and she really likes the chicken sausage. I like the Kyoto fire more because I love spicy food. Service was great too! I recommend this restaurant for hot dog lovers!

I like the variety of hot dogs. 10/10 out of hot dogs I have tried so far. Garlic noodles were not as good as I had hoped 5/10, would not get again. But I need to go more often to try the rest of the hotdogs.

I ordered online! I didn't get my drink or the correct fries. What I did receive was tasty! The flavor was great. Just a little rushing when processing orders! The delivery driver was amazing!!!!

Wow!! Usually I'm not in the mood for a hotdog so it took me some time before finally trying out this spot. In the beginning, they only sold hotdogs but now they sell a whole array of items which is a pleasant surprise. When we walked in, there were two workers who were speedily completing online orders. We placed a to-go order and received ours after around 10 minutes. Both hotdogs were super unique in their own way, the sauce used for the umai truffle was absolutely amazing. The shinjuku shadow dog had a slight sweetness that paired well with the saltiness. Overall, a very yummy spot and would be back to try out their other items!

One of my favorite places to eat from when I am on the go! I usually order the kimchi fries with brisket for an extra couple dollars more and it is super filling! The service is great, sometimes they can be pretty busy but overall, great service. And the environment that this restaurant is located at is great for many students, families and friends! Filled with other fast food spots as well as different stores!

After reading several reviews about Umai and hearing a couple of mixed reviews from some people that I personally know, my kiddo and I decided to order them from DoorDash. The order took quite a bit to be delivered, even though I had paid to have the order be delivered ASAP. My daughter ordered the Plain (Angus Beef) Hot Dog with ketchup, mayo, seasoned fries, and a Dr. Pepper. She absolutely loved everything about her entire order, which is funny because she is usually pretty picky. She said she would definitely want to order from Umai again. I ordered the Plain (Angus Beef) Hot Dog as well, with ketchup, mustard, onions, and chili cheese fries. First of all, the "corn dusted bun" was very dry and there was way more bun than there was hot dog. Next, the hot dog tasted like it had been way overcooked. Finally, there was so much ketchup and mustard covering the entire hot dog that I had to remove some of it, but of course when I did that, the few onions that were on there came off as well. The chili cheese fries were pretty soggy and not enjoyable. In the end, while I might pick up an order for my daughter in the future if she has the urge for Umai again, I will not be ordering for myself.
