They have the best, lightest shaved ice. Definitely not like the usual shaved ice you get in the summer. It's like powder and so the different flavors are great! Something for everyone. I got a small Thai tea and green tea with strawberries. Not too sweet but hit the spot on a hot day! The other one was Sweet Tooth for my sweet tooth child, although I didn't think it was overly sweet either.

OMG! I lived in Hawaii and thought Hawn shaved ice was "da bomb". However, THIS IS THE BEST super soft shaved ice. They have various concoctions, they looked really good, but I wanted simple shaved ice with a flavor. I got the passion fruit flavor. AMAZINGLY superfine shaved ice, like fresh puffy snow.

Maybe, as you wait, you'll remember just how amazing the mango sorbet was, or dream of some of the other flavors that give shops in Rome a run for their money. Perhaps, this time, it's just a tea. Whatever you're able to get it will be worth all the wait. Or, you can go now. Had the absolute worst first time experience when bringing my family for dessert tonight. The wait was very long, extremely long as the employees were arguing and throwing stuff in the back. There is a girl by the name Jocelyn which was actually the one throwing stuff as the employees were trying to talk to her about putting chairs up on the tables 45 mins prior to closing. I will not return to this location as there is clearly some issues with how to treat your paying customers. Angie did try to fix the situation and even asked if she could help fix things. Angie was the one decent and pleasant one but the throwing of chairs was a bit extreme.

The Mexican candy is my fave, but all the flavors I e tasted are good. I love the texture of the shaved snow. It's so fully and soft and melts in your mouth... so good and a must try. Thank me later.

Cool place! Drive by and decided to stop in finally. It's a mix between shaved ice and ice cream, delicious! Had the Mexican Candy one and it was so good! Staff was very friendly also. Plan to go back and try more flavors!

Asked for a large. But putting a small serving in a large container doesn't make it a large. And you need to pay with exact amount or card. I feel double crossed!

The shave ice barely has any flavor. I thought I was losing my taste so I had a friend try it. We both agreed that it tasted pretty diluted. I've gone twice since the change of ownership and it's been the same both times. I've been ordering the same flavor for years which is the taro. They barely put any condensed milk on it. The quality has declined dramatically. The customer service was great but I won't be coming back ever again.

This place had crazy and odd looking ice cream. Although there are SO MANY cool flavors and add-ins for these ice cream towers, this can be too sweet for my stomach to handle. The prices are expensive for a shaved ice cream place, but from what I recall, all shaved ice cream places are more expensive. I'd rather eat regular ice cream.
