I ordered take out - I got home about 5 minutes away from this location. I was disappointed with Wendy's double patty Baconator and single pattie combos. NOT fresh at all, DAY OLD cooked PATTIES, they where not even close to a quarter-pound beef patties each ,(more like)1-ounce patties.Thin and dry (YUK). Instead of six strips of Applewood smoked bacon, there where 2 paper thin bacon strips, little to nothing of ketchup, and mayonnaise on a flat bun. premium bun, not even close. I wouldn't recommend this Wendys location to anyone.

This location has completely changed. I’ve been coming here since they opened when I was in High School. This is easily the best quality personnel and food they have ever had!

Customer service guy couldn't understand us. He said the grilled chicken sandwiches have been discontinued. When we ordered the food all what we asked for was not done. Three times we had to come to the service counter to get our food right. There were two young people who seemed to have no interest in what they were doing. They didn't know their jobs either. They need good training. The food was of very low quality. Very poor and unsatisfactory 😟😕😣😢
Today was my 3rd visit in the 2 years that I've lived in elk Grove.. I ordered a $3 son of a baconator, an order of baconator fries and a small drink to my knowledge after reviewing my receipt I do believe I was overcharged and this isn't the first time. Please be careful coming here check your receipts I know for a fact that I was overcharged. Not only that the food was sloppily made and the cheese on my fries wasn't even melted. I ended up wasting half the food out of disgust. I would have been better off spend $14 at in and out burger, their fries such but at least I would have been satisfied. Three times is enough for me, I'll never go back to this Wendy's...needs better customer service and better food prep skills, just subpar across the board.

There were 3 of us and we went to the drive thru to order. we had to park the car to go inside to get more bbq sauce as they gave us only 2 and gave us an attitude and question us of why we need more bbq sauce. (He still gave us the sauces) Even after we left, we found out 1 of the 3 we ordered was wrong. Food was good, but not what we ordered. Not going there again.
