Absolutely awful customer service. They told us it would be 20 minutes for our order. So we decided to walk around and come back. When we got back, they said it would be just a few more minutes because they had to toss the food in the sauce. Then we watched him drop our food in the fryer. 4 people working. 3 actively on their phones and charting - and 1 person started doing his job when we returned to get our food. In total, our 20 minute wait was almost an hour.

NEVER IN MY ENTIRE TIME HAVE I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH Wingstop!! UNTIL NOW!!

I have hungry children at home and too tired to cook today like I normally do.
