I used to love eating at Chevy's before the ones nearby me closed down. I ordered 2 soft tacos I asked for them plain but they accidentally put stuff on they're. I thought that the food was cold and the service was so bad! I used to really like Chevy's But I'm never going back ever again. I'm glad that they're closing down for good.

This restaurant does not take walk-in customers after 6pm. I saw them turn away dozens of potential customers they clearly had room to accommodate. This isn't called out on Google Maps or on their website. We only found this out after walking a half hour and crossing a dozen streets--what a waste of time. I used to like this chain but I am never going back there again.

I love Chevy's food! My favorite is the 3- enchilada meal with rice, beans and cornbread. The chips and salsa are great while you're waiting for your meal. I love the view of the Emeryville Bay/Marina from the restaurant.
Parking: There is plenty of parking in the lot.
Kid-friendliness: I have seen toddlers in high chairs and/ or booster seats.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp that goes from the front of the restaurant, all the way to the front door.

No matter the restaurant closes soon, I hope no one gets further inconvenient. We waited an hour to be seated, and it took a long time for the server to get our order. After ordering, the food didn't come out even after an hour, and then the server told us to change to another menu because they were out of some ingredients. What were we waiting for that hour? Even more surprising was that the table that came later than us was served food. In the end, we waited for 2 hours and 30 minutes, but we couldn't eat because they didn't provide food.Even though the restaurant is closing soon, the service is sooo terrible. Do not recommend here.Your time and money is not worth it.

Slow service for lunch time. Seemed like a.game to make you wait. 90% of tables empty yet was 30 minute wait for table.

Waited over a half hour to get sat, due to having only 1 server on. The server was trying hard to keep up. the food was horrible, then realized the location was closing permanently.

We were there for a total of three hours. Once we were seated it took about 30 minutes to get our drinks. It took about an hour and 15 minutes after that to get our food. I don't know if it's because they're closing in a couple months or not but it was definitely a mistake going there.
