This never happened before but I ordered the grilled chicken strawberry salad and got all the way home and when I opened it up it was just the salad went back and there was 20 people more that didn't have the chicken in their salad first time experience this hope it's the last other way otherwise I'm going to have to give them up

I moved to the Bay Area from Atlanta Ga just 6 months ago. In Atlanta CFA was a go to for me as they are on every corner. Since moving to the Bay Area being able to still have my chicken sandwich and soup has been everything to me - a little piece of back home. I am also pregnant with my first child and all I can eat with ease is chick fil a chicken noodle soup.Thank you to the team at Emeryville Chick Fil A for always getting my order out quickly, correct and still piping hot! I love you!!
Outstanding! For a restaurant in Oakland this is an aberration! In a good way! The restaurant is clean, the staff were plentiful and pleasant with good manners! The chicken was delicious! Try the sunjoy too. The restroom had everything and was spotless! Kudos to the owner and managers. Job well done by all the staff. You're a beacon of light in a dark world!

Over half the time when I asked for honey roasted BBQ in a delivery order you send honey mustard instead of reading the whole word. You've ruined multiple meals at this point and wasted my money.Oh, and if their staff makes a mistake and you ordered delivery, they will punt the issue over to doordash when doordash definitely doesn't decide what sauces go in the bag. Chic fil a has gone so downhill the fact that nobody on the phone would help and the chic fil a cares page WONT EVEN TAKE YOUR FEEDBACK if you ordered delivery.You guys have me hangry as hell about 4 times now.
