We are so grateful to have worked with Brie and ACT Catering for this year's reunion at The College Preparatory School. Our school community raved about the gorgeous, delicious food. The salmon with pineapple-shallot salsa, hasselback potatoes, grilled broccolini, and strawberry parfaits are just some of the highlights, and Brie had an excellent balance of options for guests with dietary restrictions.
