“We worked with them for our wedding this year and had a great experience from start to finish. They were extremely responsive, patient, and flexible throughout the whole process, which made everything feel much easier.

All of our guests told us they really enjoyed the food, and we were also happy to support a women-run business with a clear emphasis on local ingredients and produce. The staff were all so nice, and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed working together and cared about what they were doing.

“What a great discovery Cocina Mama Cholita was! Just a small unassuming place on Mission St that we happened to walk into. The young proprietor had us sample all three enchilada sauces since we were unsure about which ones to pick. All three were delicious, but the the mole sauce was one of the best I had ever tasted. His grandma’s recipe, he said. Overall, a great experience! Serendipitous!!“

“We had such a wonderful experience with Thai Rice Spoon Catering! They had great communication throughout the entire process, were flexible with our options, and gave us helpful recommendations on what to order, which made planning so easy.

They arrived a few minutes early, and the food was warm, fresh, and delicious. Our guests absolutely loved it, and many went back for seconds!

They also provided plates, utensils, and serving spoons, which made setup and cleanup so much easier.

“Dabao is DaBOMB. Went for dinner there last night. I am visiting from Vancouver and so needed to try tried all of Emily’s signature plates. Each plate was better than the next. Flavorful, fresh and just absolutely delicious. And the spicy condiments were sooo good. This is not your average food court fare. Not only is this the best option at the Metreon, it’s up there with the best options in town. They also cater and you can order through all the delivery apps. Try it and you will not be disappointed.“

“Absolutely delicious! We hired Liberation Foods for my niece's sweet 16. Our guest raved about the proteins. Definitely the best chimichuri I've eaten. Staff were professional, hard working, and came with a plan. Upon arrival to the facility team immediately starts setting kitchen up and prepping. Once the food service is over the kitchen was thoroughly cleaned. They left it much cleaner then the venue left it as. The team packaged the left overs and our guest came over the following day for left overs. Our event was for 150 guests, buffet style and premier menu. Definitely would rehire for future events.“

“I recently had Jason cook for my 40th birthday backyard/pool party for ~18 adults and he was phenomenal! Not only are his paellas and tapas incredibly tasty, he is also an all around great person. We had the paella Valencia moderna and the vegetarian paella and both were excellent, even better than the paellas I have had in Spain. My friends/family are still raving about his food! The presentation of everything was very impressive and really elevated the already exceptional flavors of all the food. The booking process was also seamless, Jason is an excellent communicator and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Chef Jason and his paella for your next special gathering! The nachos were really satisfying and rich in textures and flavors. Mac was also amazing. Roderick's doesn't beat the BBQ from back home, but for California BBQ standards, it was a solid 10/10. Overall I'd give them an 8/10 if we're comparing across the entire US BBQ space.
