Chef Jason made our anniversary truly special. Communication prior to the event was clear and easy, he came in and set up and broke down everything in our backyard with no hassle, was friendly throughout and the paella was amazing!! We had leftovers for days and enjoyed it thoroughly, generous portions of proteins and Chilean Sea Bass was a particularly nice touch.
I recently had Jason cook for my 40th birthday backyard/pool party for ~18 adults and he was phenomenal! Not only are his paellas and tapas incredibly tasty, he is also an all around great person. We had the paella Valencia moderna and the vegetarian paella and both were excellent, even better than the paellas I have had in Spain. My friends/family are still raving about his food! Family members hired Jason for my birthday and he really lived up to his excellent reviews. He was punctual, very professional, friendly and warm. The tapas and paella were out of this world! We had almost no cleanup after he left. I would definitely hire Jason again!
