I can't really call this place a hidden gem in the mission but for what it's worth, the ratings do justice to how great the food is. The cuisine and flavors and unpredictable and interesting. The ambiance is jovial, inviting, not fancy but bustling. Service is knowledge and has good insight into menu and secret menu. I love their mole! The prices are a bit higher but worth it. The food is very flavorful and authentic. It’s hard to find a good mole place in the Bay Area. This is one of the few where they know how to make it.
