Having lived in New York for a while, I know a good bagel when I find one, and Wise Sons definitely delivers. Their bagels have that perfect balance of texture and flavor that makes you stop and appreciate the craft behind them.
If you’re in the neighborhood, this spot is absolutely worth your attention. I especially enjoyed their classic smoked salmon bagel, which was executed beautifully and hit all the right notes. A must-try for any bagel lover.
